REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At **Hexorya Forge**, we deliver precision-engineered digital artifacts. Our refund policy adheres to strict digital industry standards.

1. NO REFUND AFTER ACCESS
Digital products are exempt from standard return policies. Once an artifact has been accessed, downloaded, or a unique license key has been generated via “The Vault,” the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. TECHNICAL VERIFICATION
If an artifact is proven to be technically defective or corrupted, please submit a report to **info@hexorya.com** within 7 days of purchase. Our technical team will investigate and attempt to rectify the file. If the defect cannot be resolved, a full refund will be initiated.

3. UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATES
In case of accidental duplicate purchases of the identical HEX-ID artifact, a refund or credit will be issued upon request.
