DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

**1. PARTIES**
This Agreement is entered into between **Hexorya Forge Digital Studio** (“Seller”) and the individual or entity purchasing the digital artifact (“Buyer”).

**2. SUBJECT**
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of premium digital artifacts (2D, 3D, Audio assets) performed via https://hexorya.com.

**3. DELIVERY**
All products are intangible digital assets. Delivery is performed instantly via “The Vault” terminal upon successful payment verification. No physical shipment will be conducted.

**4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
In accordance with international digital commerce regulations, the Buyer acknowledges that the **right of withdrawal cannot be exercised** once the digital content has been accessed or the download process has been initiated.

**5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and resolved in the courts of **Istanbul**.
